Very true! I think sometimes though, you have to ease into it. For instance, I am easing into exercise because at my age I have a slower recovery time than someone younger so I have to ease into the pain involved more slowly or I could injure myself to the point where I can't function at all. By easing into it, I can build up my endurance.
