This reminds me of something that happened in my own life. Years ago, I went to San Francisco and to get a ticket for the cable cars you had to use a specific machine. There was a man there who didn't have legs and would travel around on a skateboard would show us how to use the machine and earned money by taking tips. He was paid well because he was very helpful to tourists like me. I was as grateful for his help as he was for the couple of dollars I gave him.
