What did I accomplish in my business this week?

Here it is, the final week in my first 12-week year. I have reached the point where I have developed a routine that covers Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday is still flexible. On Friday, I prepared for Saturday and I relaxed on Saturday afternoon.

The last big project that I assigned for this 12-week year is Two Rivers. Although I have made major progress with this book, I still have some editing that I need to finish. During my next 12-week year, I will prepare for the book launch toward the end of those 12 weeks.

The Big Takeaway for the Week

My big takeaway for the week is that I need to cover the daily and weekly projects as quickly as possible in a day, but now that I have my daily and weekly projects determined, I will be able to decide what needs to change and what I can begin delegating both to applications and other humans.

What else Did I Accomplish this Week?

The garden is in harvest and replanting mode. I harvested the last of the Norland potatoes that were in the bags and planted sweet potatoes in those same bags. I sold some potatoes and a few peppers at the farmer’s market. I didn’t sell any books there, however, this week.
