Right, Planned Parenthood, for instance, does a whole lot more than provide women access to abortions. (They don't actually perform them, at least in my state, themselves.) They do, however, also provide birth control and STD testing without charge to women who cannot afford it.

That said, one of the main problems with most of these "right to life" organization is that they don't seem to be concerned with a pregnant woman getting proper medical treatment or the child's wellbeing after it is born.
