I think that your ADHD mind has been out of control (or in control, I don't know) Long enough. What you need to do is learn to FOCUS. Learn to focus even if it is only for 15 minutes at a time. Set a clock of fifteen minutes and focus on the project at hand and don't let anyone (including nagging negative Nellie in your brain) to discourage you. After you're done with those fifteen minutes, give your life back to the part of your life that is so familiar to you. Embrace who you are. A flawed wonderful human being!
