I have been with people who have "gone onto wherever it is people go when they die" and it is quite the experience. Most of the people I knew went quietly without drama. They simply didn't take another breath.

As I remember watching them die, I remember not viewing death as something to fear or feel repulsed about, but as a privilege to witness of someone leave their body.
