Dan Koe sees his mission in life as helping individuals who feel they lack authenticity in their messaging, vision, and lifestyle. He doesn’t believe in fancy sales funnels or pushy marketing. He helps individuals systemize their workflow, marketing, and content so they can work fewer hours, charge more, and sell their products and services without manual effort. As a freelancer turned consultant turned creator, he’s developed effective systems for more than 20,000 students and clients.

One of Dan’s many accomplishments is that he has written the book The Art of Focus where he shares his philosophy for doing business and living a full life.

The book isn’t a book you can just sit down and read. I had to read a few pages, put the book down, and contemplate what I read.

Fifty of my takeaways from the book.

1. Life is a game that we are all in.

2. Whether you like it or not, the game/system rigged against you. Everywhere around you, distractions get between you and what you want. The Art of Focus is a book not so much about the how, but the why and what you want your life’s focus to be on.
